Delivery Policy for Bash Appliances

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for product deliveries made by Bash Appliances for purchases completed through our physical store, website, or social media platforms.

1. Delivery Coverage

Bash Appliances offers delivery services within Kampala and to upcountry locations across Uganda. Delivery availability may vary depending on product size, transport access, and customer location.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Kampala deliveries: Typically completed within 24 hours after order confirmation.

  • Upcountry deliveries: Usually completed within 1–3 business days depending on distance and transport arrangements.

  • Delivery timelines may change due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, product size, and handling requirements.

  • Customers will be informed of the delivery cost before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:

  • Full payment confirmation, or

  • Official approval for Cash-on-Delivery (where applicable)

Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details and active contact numbers.

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the product.

  • Inspect the product at the time of delivery before signing or confirming receipt.

Bash Appliances is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable contacts.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:

  • A second delivery may be rescheduled.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Product Handling and Installation

  • Large appliances may require proper space and power setup before delivery.

  • Installation services (where available) may be scheduled separately.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers should report any damaged or missing items immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the customer or authorized receiver signs the delivery note or confirms receipt.
