TERMS OF PAYMENT

Currently, Bash Home Appliances offers several payment options:

  • Cash on delivery is the primary mode of payment within Uganda.
  • We are in the process of introducing Mobile Money payment options across Uganda’s telecom networks.
  • Customers can also make cash payments at our designated shops or drop-off points.

At this time, Bash Home Appliances does not accept Visa cards, wire transfers, or personal cheques. All payments must be made in Uganda Shillings (UGX).

These payment terms may be updated or modified at any time at the sole discretion of cjkug.com.

Pricing Errors:

  • If the correct price of a product is lower than the listed website price, you will be charged the lower price.
  • If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you via phone or email with the next steps or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

Bash Home Appliances is not responsible for billing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of purchase.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a partial refund (50%) or exchange it for another item, whether similar or different.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must present a valid receipt for all returns or exchanges.
